I had two DVD's that were non-functional. Skip Dr. cleared up the first one real quick. The second took a little more work because it had been stepped on and the scratches were bad. But after a little work it appears to be working. Good product.

I looked through the differant products that are available on dvd repair. I thought this would be the best one, sadely it doesn't work all that well. Will try a differant one. But, I am not to mad about it, I used a gift card on it so didn't loose any money on trying it. Plus I have young kids, so, oh well. I wouldn't suggest buying it, however; might not fix the scratches but entertains the kids for 60 seconds.

I have found this to be a very good product that has saved me from having to buy 5-6 new DVDs. It is quick and effective- fixing all but one of our DVDs and that was one that had been scraped with a key. There were some concerns about the durability of the piece, but I haven't see anything yet. We'll just have to wait and see.
However, the "rejuvenation fluid" is simply water with .05 percent rubbing alcohol and it seems almost a rip-off that they actually sell it.
Overall, a very good product and well worth the cost.

THe motor burned out after just 5 uses. and it didn't fix the discs. the classic is more reliable for less money.
