I didn't feel like I was shorted any cable. The sound quality carried by these speaker wires are great on my Sony head unit and Polk speakers!

This seems like nice speaker wire but I ordered two 100' spools and both came up short at only 89' each. Based on the consistent reports of shorter lengths than advertised, this is not an accident but rather a fraud perpetrated by the seller on us buyers and Amazon. Unconscionable. I ordered a 100' spool of another brand of speaker wire and guess how long it was: 100'!

This is great speaker wire but as many others have pointed out, you will NOT get a full 100 feet so don't expect that. I had measured what I needed fairly well and ordered 2 spools of this wire (200 feet) and ended up about 30 feet short between the two so I had to order a third spool and this time I ordered from one of Amazon's partners who claims that they cut their wire from larger spools and guarantee the length - so we'll see if this spool is the proper length or not.

This Is a very reasonably priced speaker wire that i use for a 7.1 setup at about 125 watts a channel. It is has lasted well and the sound quality is great. definitely recommended.
